If i want to make any changes to that winning eleven, it would only be a tactical change rather than dropping a player.
I would try to accommodate DDS in the playing Eleven in place of Pathum nisanka and ask Dhanuska to open the innings. So that we will be more balanced with our spin bowling options considering the nature of the Sharjah pitch. But i doubt, which will happen considering the thinking pattern of Dasun and SLC right now.
My Dream Eleven Would be
Kusal
Danushka
Charith
DDS
Banuka
Dasun
Wanindu
Chamika
Maheesh
Asitha
Dilshan madusanka
I don’t think, we should play two many fast bowlers, since they are inexperienced and pitch assisting spinners. we should replace one fast bowler with Vandersayand need to accomodate DDs in the playing eleven replacing pathum Nisanka
My playing Eleven would be
Kusal
Dhanuska
Charith
DDS
Banuka
Dasun
Wanindu
Chamika
Maheesh
Vendersay
Dilshan madusanka
Very immature and shameful article, Could see the attention seeking attitude.
_LOL_
Good one though, I would rather open DDS with Kusal since he can play proper cricketing shots against those quality fast bowlers during the power play.
LOL
Excellent thoughts.
It would be better to have DDS, so my preffered eleven would be
KJP
Pathum
DDS
Avishka
Banuka
Wanindu
Dasun
Chamika
Akila
Dusmantha
Lahiru
It is always better to keep the winning eleven, but at the same time, looking at the bigger picture Charith Asalankas inclusion is very much imminenet considering his potential and part time off spin he can offer. At the same time it is very much evident that DC lacking in confidence and uncertainty of the place in the playing eleven at the back of his mind is doing no good for him.
It is better to persist with our bowling lineup until we secure the place in the next round without any doubt before thinking about playing the next rount eventhough it is almost certain.
