Well, hopefully our boys play well tomorrow. A few butterflies in my stomach. the Kiwi's are coming off a good win. Where as Lanka is not.
Here's the team I predict for tomorrow:
Dilshan
Mahela
Sangakkara
Kapugedara
Matthews
Sanath
Perera
Murali
Mendis
Welagedara
Malinga
Any one else care to challenge me? :D
Looks perfect! I dont wanna see any other squad than the above one. But I'd like to change the openers places.
I really think Dilshan and Sanath should share the opening spot. Both provide the same sort of options. Sanga should play the person in form for that day.
This will open up a spot for a good younger player as well.
I think Chandimal will play in place of Sanath :-O
I'll wish to see Sanath play over Chandimal in this important game vs NZ. He provides the bowling option too!
yeah yeah, don't worry. He'll be playing :P. Especially after that knock against the Saffers.
But that was just my opinion. I still feel he should open if he plays. This whole down the order is a waste of time. It shows they include him just because they have no choice at the moment.
Sanath is certain to play after that solid performance in the warm up game against the Proteas.

Well i think they will play Chandimal instead of Thissara,and opt to go with either Sanath or Kapu at No.07....Chandimal can play at No.03 or 04... Sanga clearly said that he will go in with 6 specialist batsmen with an all-rounder at No.07...so in that sense cant really go in with Thissara as he's a bowling all-rounder and we have Anjelo,who is a same kind of seamer like Thissara....Plus these W. Indies pitches is really turning alot hence Thissara has to sit out...
Mahela luck there to survive twice in Bond's over. NZ's bowling well... Low total expected.
