There is no doubt in dickwellas talent but at the moment he is not mature enough as batsman of international standard and should be kept out of the team for at least two years. Dickwella is very good at mouthing and his keeping is not up to international level too and irresponsible player..Even school boy cricketers would be ashamed of type of dismissals during his career..no doubt there is talent but to materialise he needs to be sent back to first class level..You can’t play a player in national team who reverse sweeps for single..his options for even a single is high risk while good players just tap around the corner or puts the into the gap n run eg :SANGA n Mahela..but this guy thinks he can whip 150kmp balls outside off stump to leg side shows his maturity..he needs mature as player and his shot selections are very poor which can be a disaster against good quality bowling and it exposes the middle order.. he plays to many high risk shots for few runs.. if you are hitting a boundary then it’s atleast okay to playa high risk shot but this guy plays a reverse sweep to just a single as he doesn’t have the brains to tap it around or nudge the ball like a class player like Oshada Fernando would do.He should be dropped for sure .
