  • Sick of hearing SL public
Sick of hearing SL public bash the SL cricketers. No doubt we are all disappointed however to continue to say malinga is not good and Mahela is a bad captain is stupid. They did the best they could. Only these old arm chair spectators who have never played a professional game of cricket seem to bash the SL team

  • Creating a pitch which is
Creating a pitch which is advantageous to the home side is one thing but creating an absolute land mine pitch for batsmen where the contest between bat and ball was totally nulafied is another thing. the Gall wicket is naturally a spin friendly pitch, the curator did not have to over cook the pitch like this. Total embarassment to SL officials the whole world was watching this game and saw how imcompentent SL cricket is. Very dissapointed.

  • The current Australian team
The current Australian team is the worst team Australia has ever produced. They lack in confidence and have a massively out of touch batting lineup. The Middle order is strugling against good bowling. This is the best chance Sri lanka has ever had to win a series in Australia. Lets hope they can mature enough, gel together as a team and produce a maiden victory.

  • Sanga’s face speaks 1000
Sanga’s face speaks 1000 words. Sanga has been quite vocal regarding the importance of selecting players on there current performances. Irrespective of past performances or there ages. For Arivinda to say this must be disconcerting to Sanga. For so long sri lankan cricket has failed to birth new blood into the team at cruisel stages. Continually Holding on to old players past there prime has made sri lankan cricket seem unprofessional and disorganised. With so many talented young players with the capabilities to adapt to the modern cricket game around why do we hold on to players just because we THINK they can perform? Over and over again this has been the achillis heel for sri lanka. Its too little too late for sri lanka for there World cup hopes. With only a handful of ODI’s left before the WC its too late to try new players. That should have been done at least 12 months ago.

  • Lets hope he does better in
Lets hope he does better in parliament than what he has done in cricket lately….and whats with him entering politics surely there are better things he could be doing where his talents and expertise can be much more productively utelised
