    Hi Sujan,

My name is Anju, a sri lankan who is settled in Dubai. I log in to islandcricket all most every day but very rarely comment on articles. I love to read about ideas, debates & etc… among the other members of islandcricket. Ever since the first day, I have seen you have commented or posted so many articles, videos & etc… First of all I thought you are a sri lankan, then I saw your profile somewhere & got to know u r an indian.

As a person who’s been living & working in dubai for so long I have so many Indian friends here. There is only one thing I used to hate about indians. Suppose, if there is match between Sri Lanka & India & India wins, next day they come to office & asks what happened yesterday? What happened to your Dilshan, Sanath & Sanga’s field placing was not good & he is not a good batsman. These questions used to irritate me a lot. 🙁 Suppose the same match was won by sri lanka & I ask the same questions from them & they will reply to me “ohhh, what happened yesterday I could not watch, I was out whole day & etc…

So those things used to irritate me a lot. Then I thought about it Sujan, Then I realized, that Indian people are so crazy about cricket. They love it so much. They want their player’s to do well in every single match. They have very high expectation from their cricket team. India is such a huge country & the 2nd largest population in the world. Expectations of millions of people (Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh & etc..)All those expectations on 11 players on the ground. I just thought these 11 players must be under real pressure.

My bottom line is I am so happy that you are very important member of this great web site. (Thanks to Hilal as well) Also sometimes you might see some viewers write unwanted things & sometimes some people might abuse you, my request is kindly ignore those unwanted things & always be with us!!!!

Sport is a language that everybody understands. On behalf of islandcricket I salute you “SUJAN” one of my favourite cricket fan from india.

Your ideas & comments are always valuble to us!

Take Care & God Bless You!!!

    Thank You & Kind Regards,
    Lankesh

Note – There might be spellings & grammer mistakes, kindly excuse me for any!
