For SL to have any chance of winning, they need to settle into a combination and consistently play the same team so that everyone gets used to their roles. Also we need to pick our best team against the Associate nations as we don’t have the bench strength to rest any of the key players.
My best playing 11 combination from the current WC squad of 15 is;
Dilshan, Thirimanne, Sanga, Chandimal, Mahela, Mathews, Mendis, Perera, Herath, Lakmal, Malinga

We somehow need to work out a strategy to get 20 overs between Mathews, Perera, Dilshan, Mendis and Thirimanne
