According to the nature of pitches in the UAE, I would use the following bowling options during the 6 PP overs. (1) Lahiru/Chameera 3 overs (2) Chamika 1/2 overs (3) Wanindu/Theekshana 1 over. Both Wanindu and Theekshana should bowl wkt to wkt with a slight increase in their bowling speed. Lahiru should bowl more yokers and less bouncers but accurate thunderbolts at 145+ speed. Chameera can bowl around 140+ and accuracy. If these 4 bowlers plus Dasun can execute their bowling this way we could have the best bowling attack during this WC.
AS mentioned until Theekshana sort out small issues in his bowling better to use Wanindu during the PP overs. However both Wanindu’s and Theekshana’s bowling styles are useful for initial PP overs. (1/2 overs only)
