I think it was a poor decision of SL to bat first after winning the toss. Specially the pitches in Dubai and Abu dhabi has more clay, therefore the initial high surface softness /dampness of the pitch help the fast bowlers a lot (remember all the T20 WC matches where all captains after winning the toss opted to field first). Also our bowlers were not spot on especially when defending a very low score of 106 (in 38 overs). Generally Indains are doing much better than our buys in all areas (batting, bowling and fielding). It looks li,ke our boys need lot of guidance from the coaches to fine tune their skills. Anyway lets see how they will fare in the WC which will start in West Indies next month.
