August 17, 2011 (Island Cricket): Sri Lankan selectors have yet again reshuffled their ODI squad mid-series to include rookie Seekkuge Prasanna in place of veteran left-arm spinner Rangana Herath, while 21-year-old Dinesh Chandimal has been axed after several dismal scores from the promising batsman in the ongoing series against Australia.

Earlier, the selectors dropped Thisara Perera and included debutant Shaminda Eranga, who played his first game in the third ODI at Hambantota on Tuesday and impressed with figures of 2/38.

Playing for Sri Lanka A in England last week, leg spinner Prasanna took 6/23 against England Lions, which has now paved the way for a chance for him to make his international debut.

Both Eranga and Prasanna excelled in England recently playing for Sri Lanka A.

Meanwhile, vice captain Angelo Mathews is said to be fit and will return to the side after missing the third ODI due to injury.

Australia lead the series 2-1 heading into the fourth ODI of the five-match series, which starts on August 20 at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

Sri Lanka squad: Tillakaratne Dilshan (capt), Angelo Mathews, Upul Tharanga, Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara, Chamara Silva, Nuwan Kulasekera, Lasith Malinga, Shaminda Eranga, Seekkuge Prasanna, Ajantha Mendis, Jeevan Mendis, Suranga Lakmal, Suraj Randiv.
