5th ODI: Upul Tharanga out first ball – Jayasuriya promoted

Having won the toss and inserted Sri Lanka in to bat, Indian opening bowler Zaheer Khan picked up a wicket in the very first ball.

Centurian from the previous match, Upul Tharanga, was dismissed for a first ball duck.

In a surprise move Sanath Jayasuriya has been sent in at number three ahead of Kumar Sangakkara.

At the end of the first over Sri Lanka are 2-1.
