Sri Lanka cricketer Wanidu Hasaranga says he does not want to be the next Muttiah Muralitharan or Rangana Herath but instead, wants to cement his place as Wanindu Hasaranga.
Hasaranga expressed his views in an interview for the ongoing Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2021 cricket tournament.
Wanidu Hasaranga features in the Jaffna Kings franchise in the LPL 2021.
Wanindu also named Virat Kohli, Babar Azam and Glen Maxwell as three batters he would like to dismiss in the future.
