'Staunch' Sri Lanka's first and only bat manufacturer

The founder of Staunch is 24 year old Sahan Waitforit Dikmadugodage who was born and raised in Australia. This young bloke decided to give up on his university education, his job, leave Australia behind and come down to Sri Lanka with heaps of dreams to become the first and only international standard bat manufacturer of the island. He makes handcrafted English Willow bats at the Staunch factory in Kelanimulla
