Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Team Manager Manuja Kariyapperuma credited the understanding between the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and SLC following the latest COVID-19 situation ahead of the first One Day International (ODI) yesterday.
“The relationship between the two boards is laudable. When a situation occurs we act together to rectify it,” he told reporters during the innings break of the first ODI.
“That’s why there is no problem. Yes, two cricketers and one support staff tested positive but in the second test two returned negative.”
