The Sri Lankan Cricket Board sat with Covid-19 experts yesterday to discuss protocols for the upcoming series against Bangladesh.
The meeting took place at Lankan Army HQ and was headed by Shammi Silva, the SLC president. Shammi asked for assistance for the smooth running of the series against Bangladesh and the Lanka Premier League (LPL).
According to a Facebook post from Sri Lanka Army, The SLC ‘also tabled a copy of the blueprint protocol that has been now laid in connection with the Bangladesh tour beginning 27 September to 13 October at Hambantota.
The SLC also thanked the Commander of the Army for his excellent contribution towards control of the epidemic in Sri Lanka.’
