Sports Ministry asks reasons for Chamika's omission

The sports Ministry has inquired from SLC THE reason FOR Chamika Katunaratne’s omission from the National ODI squad for the on going Afghanistan series. The Daily News learnt that SLC already got a letter from the Sports Minister to explain the omission of all rounder Chamika Katunaratne. The selection committee already gave their criteria about selection and they also pointed out the reasons why Chamika was not included for the Afghanistan series. Chamika Katunaratne is a good all rounder who was not focused on the game during the Australia series.
