Sri Lanka batsman Roshan Silva has broken the silence about the lack of opportunities he has got to play for the national side, in an emotional interview with a sports journalist.

I must say this guy scored a ton of runs at domestic level but never was given the opportunity and when he was, I thought he did reasonably well but somehow missed the boat. I recall he had a poor tour to the Windies and lost his spot and never really got a look in after.
