Dysfunctional is to put it mildly! Most of us saw this coming and it’s too late now I am afraid.
Just seen Bangladesh thrash the Windies and it’s not by accident they have two 300+ scores and knocked over SA and WI. Their Board is sorted and the best example of this is the BPL. Yes they have issues but they have done enough to develop their game and are reaping the benefits. A decent crop of younger players coming through. SLC could learn a thing or two.
