Chamari guides Sri Lanka to win over Scotland

Skipper Chamari Atapattu was in fine form making 86 in 45 balls as Sri Lanka women’s team started with an easy 109 run win over Scotland in their Commonwealth Games qualifier cricket fixture played at Kinrara Oval grounds in Malaysia yesterday.

Sri Lanka women’s chose to bat first and made a challenging total of 182 for 4 wickets in 20 overs while Scotland managed to get 73 for 9 wickets in 12.1 overs and their last batter Lorna Jack did not bat due to an injury.
