    IPL has become solely money making franchise. The primary factor for selection process is the budget that available for each player and not the top skill of player. The world top players are over looked for cheaper commodities. No longer, all foreign player-slots are filled with the world best. Any top players that not got selected to shoddy IPL, please don’t be dishearten. I would rather watch street cricket, not IPL-2018.
