West Indies is dangerous when they take wickets in the powerplay. Mendis and Avishka are great players of pace, so they can counter attack. Avishka played the short ball really well against England.

India rely on their spin twins taking wickets in the middle overs. That’s when Dimuth and KJP should take the upper hand in keeping them at bay. Dhananjaya too can play the spinners well so no point in playing him at 7. We will need the experience of Mathews and Thisara at the death overs which will be key to posting 300+

If these combinations work well, semi finals are guaranteed.
