Referring to the ongoing practice match in Australia, it’s Australia vs Australia A
All potential cricketers in the Australian cricket pool are facing and playing each other,
If you see the score card all recognised Australian batsman failed against 6 or 8 bowlers (few playing now for Australia ,others either former or new ones)
It’s a good positive move by the Cricket Australia before they select the team for the Ashes series.
So now players, Coaches and Selectors can work together to iron out weak areas ,short comungs etc ,to find the best combination
Hope our Cricket Authorities will take a note of this for the future. Who knows what we will find out about our Cricket pool player’s and may be get the correct opertunity to get the best combination.
Can avoid unnecessary criticism and mud slugging at the SLC and Selectors too
