I have been on his case for a long time now. Duckwella doesn’t have the basic rudiments to be a player in a national side. He comes across as a showpony trying to impress the audience with bag of tricks but doesn’t understand his role as a player. My humble opinion he doesn’t deserve a spot in the side. Sadeera Samarawickrama should be the automatic choice as a keeper if selectors are not willing to glove Kusal Mendis or Kusal Perera for the world cup.
Too early to say.. He is still a T20 material. Yes , after giving a Vice Captain role he did n’t do well. But remember he was the Man of the Series in last T20 tournament in South Africa.. Remove his Vice Captaincy burden and allow his natural game…

Who cares if he goes to nightclubs? His private life is not an excuse for poor performances. He can go anywhere he wants. He has to bat more responsibly. Needs to stop clowning around.
No one cares! I mean more practise than spending time at lesser important activities. Because they are playing with cricket fans’ hearts and public money invested on them
As Lord Mike says we must play Sadeera in the last two matches. It’s going to solve two problems we have with our ODI & T 20 opening combination. For the WC we still do not have any established pair. We must not waste the only two opportunities we have to test the probable openers for the WC.
