Well done Vettori. That's how the captains should talk. Vettori didn't hesitate to give credit to the SRI Lankan bowlers who made them to exit the 20/20 w.cup after playing really well. But sorry to say some captains ,after loosing make comments their exit like unbelievable and if they had this player, that player they could have won the match easily, these are rubbish. As captains U must have courage to congratulate the winning team without underestimateing the rival. I think viewers must be knowing who is this arrogant captain. any way we must sympathize with the captains like him.
If I were a New Zealand fan, I would feel slightly cheated out of that match.
Not just because the likes of Jesse Ryder was injured, and Taylor, McCullum and Vettori were playing whilst injured, but also because the pitch was tailor-made to suit the opposition.
Now, Trent Bridge is rather un-English anyway, compared to some English wickets, but like some of the commentators said, it was only a few palm trees short of being the Premadasa...
Not gonna argue though ;)

I think the kiwis would still have lost even on a pitch that would suit them. Don't forget Sri Lanka have bowlers like Malinga and Murali who take the pitch out of the equation.
They have batsman in form. The kiwis average score in the tourney has been around 120..well below par.
They have been no match for SL in every form of the game. Even Bond - their champion fast bowler - has been carted to all parts.

Vettori is such nice guy. SA VS SL will make a good final.
Come on lanka!!! Go go go!!
Sri Lanka has been refreshing yet again. So boring watching those Indian sloggers and watching the Australians.
Sloggers like Pathan and Symonds dont have a chance on the long run.
nah u cant say pathan is a slogger.........they r gud batsman.........u cant be successful all the time..

Having said that, I think Dan is a champ!
