I remember Gura too dishing out a couple of sixes in this match, very uncharacteristic of him.
btw, the Kotla ground looks really small in the video, even the stands. A lot of construction work might have done from 96 up to now
Gura the schoolboy was an out and out aggressive blaster, but, transformed into a solid player for the country. However, if you recollect, he still landed those big sixes, in both ODI's and tests. To lose him to the sordid SLC was a tragedy.
