Even we could have won the 2004 vb series but in that 2nd final Mr.Bucknor-the so called greatest umpire in the world, was adamant that Arnold didn't take that catch of Ponting properly and even he didn't go for the help of the 3rd umpire!!!
And that so called man again came licking some Aussie boots in the 2007 World cup final!!!
Even his compatriot Billy Doctrove too has some problem in his eyesight!!!
@Sharown: Are you refering to the Sydney ODI in 2006? If so, the catcher (or the non-catcher) was Mahela Jayawardene, and Bucknor wasn't umpiring in that match.
I don't remember us playing ODIs in AUS in 2004.
