Hope the Guru was able to pass on some tips to the young ones about playing as a team? Too much politics and too many egos in the game today.

@ Sir Qular, agreed! the big bucks paid for pathetic performances seem wrong. Perhaps they should trial a performance based payment system instead of the fat cheques that get handed out? that may inspire the team and also bring them together as they will soon come to the realization that they need each other to succeed? What ever the administrators have done so far has been an utter failure so time to come up with some fresh thinking.
