At a time when so many great cricketers are nearing the twilight years, that proverb may remind us that it is almost impossible to compare cricketers from across the history of the game because there are just too many variables

As pure batsmen, Lara and Sachin will be above the rest, simply because they faced the best bowling attacks and dominated them.Sanga can be bracketed alongside Dravid and Ponting but Kallis will always remain in my 'greatest cricketer ever' and as the article says we might never ever see a player like him again.

agree with sulaimaan . Lara and sachin had to face world highest wicket taker , in that case sanga was lucky
Sachin is the most overrated cricket in modern era...! Agree that he is a good cricketer but selfish one...!
