Tough Australian visa regulations hurt Sri Lankan cricketers

The new visa regulations introduced by the Australian High Commission in Colombo have inconvenienced Sri Lankan cricketers scheduled to leave for Australia on Dec. 02 for an eight-week-long tour consisting of three Tests, five ODIs and two T-20s.

Well said! The approach to most things in Oz is very egalitarian. I guess that could be an alien concept to some?

These are time where even Sharuk Khan is questioned at air port. I live in US, in this country no body is above the law. I ma sure vene SA, Idians and the rest get the same treatment. Like Aussie say, deal with it.
This article says only for applications submit in SL. I guess Graham Ford will have to go through the same process.
