SRI Lankan coach Graham Ford was last night lamenting his team not referring a first-ball lbw appeal against Australian skipper Michael Clarke. Clarke arrived at the crease after lunch to a hero's welcome at the SCG and was immediately struck on the pads by left-arm spinner Rangana Herath.
