Sri Lankan players surprised and upset by dusty pitch

Even the Sri Lankan players were surprised and upset by the dusty pitch at Galle. Now match referee Chris Broad has filed a "please explain" report to the ICC about the quality of the pitch, which he labelled as "poor."
