Hilal, Upali is a mere PUPPET who is in office not for love of game. At least he is better than Nishantha who is only intersted in himself and not welfare of the downtrodden cricketers. What he wastes in his name or under pretext, if only he has an iota of feeling, he will resign asap. His motto is to hell with SLC s long as he benefits. His arrogance is seen in his faace now as he thinks he comes from the untouchables.
