No facilities for uncontracted players - SLC proposal

Cricketers not contracted with Sri Lanka Cricket will no longer be allowed to use the board's facilities, including medical assistance, the board's executive committee has decided. SLC secretary Nishantha Ranatunga confirmed these details to ESPNcricinfo.
