The formerly cash rich Sri Lanka Cricket slid into bankruptcy, during the tenure of the D. S. de Silva and Nishantha Ranatunga controlled Interim Committee, appointed by the country’s sports minister. In fact, de Silva appointed two of his nephews to the 2011 Cricket World Cup Secretariat....
