Absolutely, that's what I strictly believed since then. Flamboyant knocks he played for kent in 95 were spectacular and he mastered what he used to lack since then, which was temparement.
Check the video section. I found his century for Kent there sometime back.
There was another interview with him too posted in the video section. He talks about Kent and how after he realised that he was playing for Kent only because he was good, the self-confidence he gained from that realisation turned his season for Kent from bad to spectacular.
