ICC cricket committee, a group that includes Ian Bishop, Kumar Sangakkara and Mark Taylor, is to consider amending the playing condition whereby a batsman attempting to play the shot cannot be given out lbw if the ball has pitched outside the leg stump.

I think in ODI,T20 if a player playing a switch hit & when the ball pitch outside leg LBW should be allowed, but in test cricket pitch out side it should be not given out LBW !

bottom line is that switch hit is a good innovative shot it makes cricket more exciting to watch .
