Have the selectors blundered?

Introducing young blood is no doubt a step in the right direction, since I pressure that in the aftermath of the next World Cup in 2015 in Australia and New Zealand, the old brigade of Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara and Dilshan will hang up their boots, after illustrious cricketing career.

Way to negative in my opinion.
How can you become the best if you dont beat the best? They have both proved themselves, and as for Akila's experience - look at Malinga: he played beach cricket until he was scouted, and was a taxi driver. Tharanga I have never seen perform very well at T20, I actually think he should play test for sri lanka. The squad selection is good, bar Rangana Herath in my opinion, but we should have a good chance at winning this time.
