Haroon Lorgat observations and misses

Lorgat in his report warns Sri Lanka Cricket that they have to be concerned about the future. One of Lorgat’s observations is, ‘More worryingly, in Aug. 2012, the U/19 team finished 9th in the ICC U/19 CWC and the "A" team was roundly beaten on tour to South Africa and Zimbabwe during July 2012.’
