SL cricket is where it is today because of Arjuna who showed his team mates that we can shoulder to shoulder with anyone. He played his cards well. He knew when to attack, go for the kill or to buckle down. That innings he played at 11 with a broken hand with Kalu in an amazing partnership against Pak is not remembered. He guided a very nervy Kalu to self belief and to win the game. It showcased his guts and courage. his defense of Murali is legendary and folklore stuff for us Lankans.
