July 4, 2011 (Island Cricket): The Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) has released the audio recording of former Sri Lanka captain Kumar Sangakkara delivering the 11th MCC Cowdrey Lecture at Lord's.
Sangakkara became the first Sri Lankan and the only active international cricketer to deliver the speech.

Top speech. Very nicely done! How sad that he only got two years to captain the SL team. President Rajapakse's interference and president's goons at SLC really made sanga sick and he had no choice but to quit.
