‘I was not forced to be captain’ - Mahela Jayawardene

“I don’t think I have privileges as such. When I stepped down earlier, my goal was to perfect as a player and contribute better to the team. I had no idea to take back the captaincy. Whatever that is reported in the media is beyond my control.” Mahela said to the media.
