Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory

No Sri Lankan captain has yet lost a Test match having made a 3rd innings declaration and set the opposition a target. Some of Test cricket's most famous (and some forgotten) captains have had this experience. Can you name any of the eleven who have done this?
