Mahela Jayawardene has risen to the Sri Lankan captaincy for a second time. Is this just a crisis appointment, or recognition of his stature in the game and ability to lead a young team to a bright future.

It is good to see mahela captaining the team.He has been assigned as the new caption ever since Kumar sangakara decided to leave his captaincy after losing the world cup against India.Mahela has got a second chance to lead the team, it will be interesting to see how he leads the team
