Pity he got out to Ojha as well,I hate Ojha,
hes such an overrated bowler, shit attitude
Mee too don't like Ojha one bit at all !! shouting for no reason , he acts like a one who got a wicket from a brilliant delivery
talking about Ojha, he gets another one, Mahela would have survived had we got UDRS, errr !!
Yeah too bad about Mahela's decision but Samaraweera played very well and good support from mathews towards the end.Talking about Ojha,Charu Sharma on the post match show said that he acted "as if he won a world cup" after getting Sanga's wicket, lol
End of day one: Sri Lanka 293/4 (86.5 ov).
Our top order may regret not cashing in on this track. The wicket may only get easier to bat on tomorrow and we need Mathews and Sam to add a huge partnership.
"The pitch has much less moisture than expected. So it is much drier and it will start spinning after Day Two. So we have to score runs on Wednesday and we are in a good position now," said Samaraweera, who averages above 50 in the 60 Tests he has played so far.
If these two can put on another 80-100 we can easily cross 430-450 with the help of Randiv & Prasanna, which will be a gud score on this track !!
yeah hpe Sammy can dig in,also a very good opportunity for Angelo Mathews to stamp his test credentials
Pitch looks 100 times better than the SSC road, seam for the fast bowlers and turn from the stumps for the spinners,we have a realistic chance of grabbing twenty wickets on this.
Of course, I think even welagedara cud do something on this pitch, coz he is capable of getting seam movement into the right handers, but Malinga will be the one to watch & end of the next day we might be able to predict the result :)
I missed the first day's play. Need to catch up on the highlights.
