What are Runs? How do I score them?

Runs are awarded when users submit content and leave comments. Runs scored defer based on submission type.

Runs for posting a Blog entry: 4
Runs for posting a Image: 6
Runs for posting a Poll: 2
Runs for posting a Forum topic: 2
Runs for posting News: 4
Runs for posting Videos: 4
Runs for posting a comment: 1
