Huh! Shakib wins the toss and bat's... why?

When the whole cricketing nations talk about dew and worried about winning the toss... Shakib Al Hassan win's the toss and selects to bat... Is it there strength to bat first, or is the climate gloomy? Love to hear what you guys think for Shakib to make this decision... Is he a fan of Ricky Ponting :D
