Who is the real culprit?
Submitted by slcricketlover on February 14, 2012 - 09:19
1. Sanga dropped a crucial catch (2 runs was scored)
2.Angelo Mathews gave away 15 runs (too much)
3.Malinga missed 2 run outs (closing his eyes)
Taking to count Sanga's 2runs(the ball was always going away from it was bubling away from him) the two run outs of malinga both the throws just bounced ahead him both were hard chances.
BUT MATHEWS GAVE AWAY TOO MUCH RUNS, HE BOWELD TOO MANY BAD DELIVERIRES.FULLTOSSES WIDES NOBALLS GAVE AWAY 6S AND 4S(WELL YOU CANT BOWL ALL THESE DELIVERIES AND EXPECT TO WIN A MATCH WHEN YOU ARE DEFENDING A SMALL TOTAL.

matthews was culprit there, forget about the 6 and the 4 bcos dhoni was there and who ever the batsman at that stage they will try and hit any bowler becasue they also want to win. But to ball wides and give them a extra run and a extra ball that is poor
Mathews is good option than thisara or kula , but no excuse to sanga and malinga

None of the 3 are culprits for what has been mentioned.Malinga did a great job for us to at least draw the match. The culprits are our top-order and low-order batsmen.
